How much does an inspection cost?
Single family home inspections start at $375.00, condo / townhome inspections start at $325.00, high rise units start at $275.00.
Existing / Resale inspection fees are based on the contract sales price.
New Construction inspection fees are based on the contact sales price and the type of inspection performed.
Income and commercial properties and single-system inspections are based on hourly charges for the field inspection and report research/preparation.

- Single-phase inspections, re-inspections, and other partial inspections will be billed at $85.00 per hour of time including field inspection, research, and report writing.
- Home Prices are in thousands of dollars of the agreed upon sales contract.
- High Rise is defined as a multi-family dwelling four stories or higher.
